Our Promise to You

At Special Edition Art, each piece of artwork is printed on demand, specially created for you once you place your order. Because of this unique process, we only accept returns or offer refunds if the item you receive is damaged. We want you to feel confident and supported throughout your shopping experience with us.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return: - Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. - It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. - Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required. To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at Hello@specialeditionart.com.

Return Process

If your return is accepted: - We will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item back. - Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Processing Returns

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time your return arrives at our distribution center for the refund to be processed. You’ll see the refund reflected in your account after this time.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival! If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at Hello@specialeditionart.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as swiftly as possible.

 

European Union - 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification. Eligibility for EU returns follows the same guidelines: - The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. - A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days via your original payment method. Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
